FERNDAL

Founded in 2016, FERNDAL brings together five musicians from across Germany, united by a shared vision that reaches beyond the traditional boundaries of Black Metal.

Drawing on musical backgrounds ranging from classical music to extreme metal, the band has forged a distinctive sound in which the violoncello stands alongside two distorted guitars as an equal voice. Baroque elegance and romantic melancholy intertwine with the raw intensity of Black Metal, creating atmospheric soundscapes that move between haunting beauty and uncompromising aggression.

On stage, FERNDAL transforms this musical interplay into an intense live experience — an infernal orchestra that draws its audience into the darkness and refuses to release its grip until the final note has faded.
